Bianca Belair says she's excited for Jade Cargill's arrival in WWE and feels it's a great sign the company is evolving.

Cargill is already garnering a lot of buzz and we haven't even seen her step foot inside a WWE ring yet. The former AEW TBS Champion made her WWE television debut this past weekend at Fastlane. She was also backstage at Tuesday's NXT. WWE has yet to announce which brand she'll call home, but we know there's strong interest from Raw, SmackDown and NXT.

The industry's top names are touting her upside, while some are urging her to start out in developmental and learn the WWE system from the ground up.

Jade Cargill is competition for Bianca Belair, both in the ring and on some level, behind the scenes. Many Superstars are close friends off-camera, but WWE is still a competitive environment with dozens of talented performers vying for limited spots in the spotlight. Belair is taking a more-positive outlook.

Instead of getting territorial and protective of her spot, Belair feels the signing of Jade Cargill is great for 'representation' and is a sign that WWE is continuing to evolve by featuring more strong Black women in prominent roles. During an interview with Uproxx, Belair said it's her personal mission to bring her culture to the largest audience possible and Cargill will only help with that effort.

"There’s so many amazing possibilities that can come out of it, singles matches, tag matches. Going from being one of the first Black females to main event WrestleMania and now having Jade come in, it’s just showing how much WWE is evolving and continues to evolve."

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill are bound to cross paths sooner or later and the results will be explosive. Cargill has been very complimentary of Belair and wants to work with her on the biggest stage possible. Last month, she told ESPN that Jade Cargill vs. Bianca Belair is a WrestleMania Main Event that could sell out a stadium and have people glued to their TV screens.
