Miyu Yamashita is grateful to have trained with a veteran of WWE after seemingly being spotted in the crowd during this week's WWE NXT.
Yamshita currently competes for Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, where she became the first Princess of Princess Champion in 2016. Last year, Yamashita had a couple of matches for All Elite Wrestling. One match saw Yamashita challenge Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women's World Champion at Fight for the Fallen 2022.
During this week's WWE NXT, Yamashita seemingly appeared on the show, albeit as part of the audience. Yamashita sat behind the commentary team wearing an all-black outfit with her beige baseball cap being the only exception. Yamashita shared an image of herself at Disneyland in Florida, the same state as the WWE Performance Center, wearing the same outfit.

It is not known at this time whether Yamashita attended the show simply as a member of the audience or if she spoke with anyone in charge at the WWE Performance Center. In a tweet of her own, Yamashita didn't address her time at NXT but was glad to spend time at Disneyland on the 100th anniversary of the company's launch.

Whether Yamashita was there to speak with management or not, the Japanese star did more in Florida than just watch NXT and visit Disneyland. In a tweet, Yamashita expressed her delight at training with Natalya, who was also pleased to work with Yamashita.

Outside of AEW and Tokyo Joshi Pro, Yamashita has competed for DPW, House of Glory Wrestling, CHIKARA, and other companies. In March of this year, Yamashita made her debut for IMPACT Wrestling where she defeated Killer Kelly.
