A WarGames match pitting Raw Superstars against talent from SmackDown is not in the works, it has been reported.
Next month, WWE will host its annual Survivor Series Premium Live Event from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Even without any matches being announced, the show has proven to be popular, with WWE releasing additional tickets after previously selling out.
During last week's WWE SmackDown, Raw's Jey Uso appeared on the show, much to the chagrin of SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. In a backstage segment, Aldis fined Uso $10,000 and also had the former Tag Team Champion and Raw General Manager Adam Pearce kicked out of the building.

Before leaving, Pearce told Aldis "Let the games begin," hinting at further oneupmanship between the Raw & SmackDown General Manager. Many fans assumed given the proximity of Survivor Series that a Raw Vs. SmackDown WarGames match would soon be announced. That won't be the case, the Wrestling Observer's Daily Update reports, as there are no plans for a Raw Vs. SmackDown match to take place within WarGames.
While fans shouldn't expect a Raw Vs. SmackDown match at Survivor Series, there is plenty that should keep the WWE Universe excited. Randy Orton is expected to make his return in time for the event, if not at the event itself. The former WWE World Champion has been out of action since May of last year with a back injury that some feared would end his career.
