WWE has a strong track record of excelling at creating intriguing documentaries and they'll look to continue that trend with "Superstars Of Tomorrow."

The company will follow Bianca Belair and Montez Ford as they incorporate themselves in the new NIL program that was introduced. The series, which will be on Hulu, will take a look at the collegiate athletes hoping to become the next WWE Superstar.

Three executives with WWE spoke with the Sports Business Journal about their experience developing previous series for the company and the the demand that fans have for such "behind-the-scenes" content. Chris Kaiser, the EVP of WWE Television, expressed a desire to reach a broader audience that isn't just catered to wrestling fans.

“What we ultimately want to do here at WWE is tell compelling stories that our fans will love, but we also want to tell stories that, if you’re not a WWE fan, you will also love. We want to super-serve our fans as always, because we do have that built-in universe, but we also want other people to discover us and come back.”

Ben Houser, who is the SVP of Docuseries, talked about walking the fine line of a look behind the curtain, but also keeping that air of mystery that makes wrestling special.

"You’re getting a little bit, and we’re sharing some of our world for you to give you the respect and understanding of what’s happening here, but we can’t give it all away. That’s part of why you tune in.”

WWE began their NIL program in 2021.
