Chad Gable has a lot to think about this month. After nearly a decade with WWE, the Raw-brand Superstar is in the final days of his current contract and could theoretically show up on another company's PPV later this month.
Chad Gable's current deal with the promotion is set to expire this week. He's still scheduled to wrestle at WWE Clash At The Castle next weekend (6/15), where he'll challenge Sami Zayn once again for the Intercontinental Championship. According to the latest Observer Newsletter, both WWE and AEW are very interested in locking him in to a new multi-year contract.
Chad Gable is only able to negotiate with WWE until his current deal expires, but that exclusivity window is nearly up. It won't be long before his phone is ringing and he's fielding calls from the likes of AEW, TNA, NJPW, MLW and others. We've heard from our own sources that there's buzz in AEW about the prospect of bringing Gable in, so he's in a pretty good position right now.
