Natalya's contract with WWE is ending soon and the "BOAT" will have some options if she decides not to immediately re-sign with the company.

The Wrestling Observer didn't happen to have an update on her situation as it gets closer to the witching hour, but Fightful does have a tidbit of news on Nattie's front, who's contract is set to run out in June. According to Sean Ross Sapp, WWE and Natalya have been in talks.

If Natalya decides to move on from WWE, she will certainly have some options for an array of roles in the ring and behind-the-scenes. What may be of most interest to fans, Fightful reports that it can be "plausible" that Natalya would be ready for the Owen Hart Memorial Cup. However, they haven't heard on the AEW side as to if that's expected from the company.

Natalya was one of the featured names on WWE RAW this past Monday as she competed against the upstart Kiana James in singles action. Natalya lost that match. Over the course of the past year, Nattie has been in a role at helping get younger talent over.

The presence of Natalya in AEW would have a major significance considering the aforementioned Owen Hart Cup. Her presence could elevate a tournament of notoriety considering she is the niece of the late legend Owen. AEW had some added elevation on the men's side of the bracket as former WWE star Bryan Danielson expressed his desire to compete in the tournament this year in order to earn a shot at the AEW World Heavyweight Championship.
