WWE has their own Forbidden Door, and fans have seen TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace step through it in recent memory. It appears that TNA isn't the only company who will be up for that partnership.

Pro Wrestling NOAH and WWE are preparing for an announcement. The Japanese pro wrestling company dropped a post on Twitter/X, one that WWE re-posted for their 14 million followers.

Pro Wrestling NOAH revealed that both companies will make a "major announcement" at NOAH's Yokohama BUNTAI event on June 16. They also hinted at a message from a "certain wrestler" to be released at the event.

WWE has long aimed to enter the Japanese pro wrestling market, but political and business differences have hindered progress. Plans for a Japanese branch of NXT were discussed, but have stalled, much like the proposed NXT Europe branch following the Endeavor merger with UFC.

This week on NXT, Cody Rhodes announced a 25-man battle royal to determine the next challenger for Trick Williams. He hinted that some participants may come from different locker rooms, which sparked a "TNA" chant from the audience.

The recent announcement from NOAH adds to the intrigue, suggesting more surprises may be on the horizon. Stay tuned as this story unfolds.

That would be great. I would love to see Kenoh, or Kaito Kiyomiya join the mix.
