WWE NXT viewership increased on July 9.
Wade Keller of the PWTorch reports that NXT averaged 656,000 viewers on Tuesday. This number is up from the 542,000 viewers the show drew on July 2.
In the 18 to 40 demographic, NXT drew a 0.24 rating, which also marks an increase from last week (0.15 rating).
The July 9 episode of NXT featured the fallout of NXT Heatwave. The show opened with NXT Champion Ethan Page, who was interrupted by Trick Williams, Shawn Spears, and Je’Von Evans. In the main event, Page and Spears faced Williams and TNA’s Joe Hendry, who was revealed as Trick’s surprise partner. TNA stars The Rascalz also appeared on the show.
