RAW House Show Results - 19th Feb 2006
Location: Poughkeepsie, New York
The night started off with RVD vs. Carlito, the match of the night in my opinion. RVD ended up winning with the 5 Star Frog Splash.
Johnny Jeter, Nick Nemeth, & Ken Doane of the Spirit Squad defeated Viscera, Goldust, & Val Venis. The whole squad was out there, they had a small trampoline they jumped on in the beginning, they were very funny. The finish saw Nick Mitchell who was at ringside hitting Venis with the megaphone as he was going for the money shot.
Chris Masters defeated Eugene via the masterlock, Eugene mocked him in the beginning by taking his robe.
Candice Michelle & Victoria def Trish Stratus & Mickie James, Candice rolled up Trish at the end while Mickie was distracted by Victoria. After the match, Trish got a "Your a psycho chant" going and Mickie jumped on her to hug her, Trish pushed her off.
Kane def Snitsky, Tomko interfered, Snitsky held Kane, but Kane moved, and Tomko ended up kicking Snitsky, Kane chokeslammed Tomko, then Snitsky. After the match, Snitsky & Tomko yelled at one another then shoved one another, Tomko then left the ring.
There then was a Matt Striker segment, where he brought up local colleges like Suny New Paltz & then brought up Dutchess Community College and said how the top major there is "smoking the pot." He brought up the history of Poughkeespie and said how many famous women have wrestled there like Faboulous Moolah, Leilani Kai, & Wendi Richter. (Funny how he didn't bring up Alundra Blayze who won the women's title there in 1993 & 1995.) He brought up how "fortunate" we were to have hot divas today like Trish & Candice, and he said the hottest was his guest Ashley who is from New York. Ashley was trying to answer his questions, but Matt kept cutting her off, he then asked her if she liked the teacher sexy type man, and she said she wanted a good New York boy. He made fun of her, she attemepted to slap him, he grabbed her and then she low-blowed him as she was on her knees.
Ric Flair & Shawn Michaels, very entertaining match, Flair grabbed a mic during the match, and said Shelton's mom has a fatass, and he said the reason she's not her is because they couldn't get her fatass down that ramp. Finish saw Flair trying to put the figure four lock on Shelton, HHH grabbed Flair tried to pedigree him, but caught some Sweet Chin Music, and then Flair made Shelton tap out. After the match Shelton & HHH argued, Shelton mocked HHH by doing his water thing, then HHH pedigreed him, Shelton then said "I'm gonna tell my momma"
John Cena vs. Edge, Cena won with an FU, he then cut a promo saying how he loved Poughkeepsie & how they've been with them since the beginning.
Overall great show!
