In an agreement filed on 2/24, all parties in the Ultimate Warrior's lawsuit against WWE have agreed to extend WWE's time to respond to the complaint from 2/29 until 3/7. They submitted a request to the court on 2/24 to make it official.
Warrior's lawsuit aleges breach of contract by WWE as well as charges of defamation of character. WWE has requested their primary attorney Jerry McDevitt be allowed to represent them in the case.
