- Rebecca introduced Sylvester Terkay and Elijah Burke. Burke introduced his brand of entertainment: Elijah Burke Productions.
- Paul Heyman walked out with his security guards. Tazz said it's now the vomiting portion of the show. Heyman, with gorilla mask in hand, said he will make his announcements after we see footage from last week when Heyman made a monkey out of RVD. Heyman then asked how RVD could get revenge on him. He booked Holly and RVD together as a tag team against Big Show and himself. Heyman said the fans would either see him get his face kicked in by RVD (loud cheers) or someone will suffer the most humiliating embarrassment of his professional career. Heyman said he's not done. He said the ECW World Title would be contested for in the first-ever weapons-filled Extreme Elimination Chamber. Heyman said five of the six spots would be secured by the end of the show. He said the sixth participant would be named on next week's show. "Anyone from Raw or Smackdown who craves success like an out of work prostitute and wants to step up for a chance at the Holy Grail - the ECW World Title - can sign their name to that contract," he said. Heyman said he needed to take his leave to do some cardio. "Did I hear that right?" Tazz asked. Joey thought he meant stacking the deck against RVD. "No, Heyman doing cardio," Tazz responded. Nice.
