More on WWE's meeting with PRIDE
WWE.COM announced today that WWE officials and members from the mixed martial arts group PRIDE had a meeting this morning at the WWE world headquarters located in Stamford, CT., to discuss the possibilities of doing business together in the future. PRIDE, which is based in Japan, held its first MMA event in the United States last month at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, NV., where over 11,000 people attended. The company is promoted by Dream Stage Entertainment and already has some sort of a working
agreement with UFC.
