Hey, Matt Cappotelli called in for approximately 10 minutes on "The Pain Clinic", a pro wrestling talk show in Rochester, NY (his hometown), on Saturday, March 6th.

Here is a transcript of the interview:

Matt Cappotelli calls in approximately 3 minutes into the show.

The hosts start off the segment by asking Cappotelli how everything is going, and he responds by saying that everything is going good; he's just basically waiting everything out right now.

They asked him about the reaction that he has gotten from his OVW speech. He says that it's overwhelming; he's getting e-mails from people all over the world. Many have been sharing their own stories of survival and are preying for him.

Next they asked him about the speech itself. He said that it was really important to him, and that he especially thanks Paul Heyman and Danny Davis for letting him do what he wanted to do. The speech was unrehearsed and was real.

They asked him how he is holding up. He responds by saying that it's been quite a roller coaster ride and is the biggest mountain he's had to climb.

They then brought up Bob Holly for a second, which led into Matt stating how he may have had the brain tumor for a while. He said that they didn't scan him after he got his concussion that Holly gave him on Tough Enough. He said how he could have had it for a while, but had to get knocked out to find it.

They joked for a minute about him getting his haircut.

They brought up how Cappotelli still attends all of the OVW TV tapings every Wednesday.

A host brought up that he heard that Vince gave Matt a call, which Matt confirmed, and Vince basically said that he is behind Matt 100%.

Matt says that he was scheduled to go to Stanford on a Friday to shoot his debut WWE videos and how the night before he found out about his brain tumor. He got knocked out the Wednesday before, OVW kept him overnight, and found it the next day. They said that Cappotelli was going to debut alongside The Miz.

They brought up Matt's e-mail address, keepthefaithmatt@yahoo.com. Matt's been getting e-mails from people in countries that he's never heard of, and has been overwhelmed with the response.

One of the hosts briefly brought up that he just got the OVW DVD, which included the two out of three falls match between Johnny Jeter and Matt, and said that finish was phenomenal. Matt agreed and said that that was one of his favorite finishes.

Matt said that he's traveling to different doctors, and will be going to Indiana University next week and Houston the next month.

The hosts ask him about Matt's family, and he says that they're doing good and have been talking much of the time.

The hosts then told Matt that he's the most positive and strongest person that they've ever met, wished him good luck, and ended the interview.

The segment lasted approximately 10 minutes long.
