RVD To Iraq Update, ECW PPV Ticket Sales, Kelly Kelly
As reported earlier, there is a behind-the-scenes battle in regards to Rob Van Dam going on the annual trip to Iraq. The company wants him to go, but due to safety issues, they can't force him to go as part of the job. It is understood that the voluntary nature of the trip is due to legal reasons, but when asked to go, you should probably go. Apparently, Van Dam used that loop hole to not go two years ago, and when asked to go on this year's trip, he said he was not interested in going. Right now, nobody knows as to how this thing will play out. The show is being taped sometime next week.
Ticket sales for tomorrow night's ECW PPV in Augusta, GA should have topped 2,000 by today. As of yesterday afternoon, 1,976 tickets had been sold.
It was erroneously reported that ECW Diva Kelly Kelly (Barbie Blank) turned 20 years old yesterday. However, she revealed in a blog on her MySpace page that her 20th birthday actually takes place on January 15th, thus meaning that she was born on 01/15/87. Apparently, there was some sort of printing error in the December 2006 issue of WWE Magazine where they listed her birthday as taking place on December 1st.
