More on Paul Heyman's removal from ECW Creative
- The removal of Paul Heyman as ECW creative leader came on the heels of WWE fans services and DirecTV being flooded with complaints about the 12/3 December to Dismember PPV.
- Believe it or not, Vince McMahon was under the impression after the ECW PPV that the show was good.
- Stephanie McMahon told the staff that due to a conflict between her father and Heyman, it was necessary to replace Heyman.
- Heyman has both a talent contract and an employee contract to work in creative.
- Heyman was blamed for the lack of crowd reaction Bobby Lashley received since he had pitched for him to be moved to ECW.
- Heyman was also blamed for the December to Dismember PPV ending 32 minutes early.
- Heyman also had heat from WWE management since he was supposed to turn in the script for the ECW PPV weeks before the show, yet submitted it a week before the PPV.
- Heyman was strongly against an idea to turn Rob Van Dam heel, even though it was Vince McMahon's idea.
