WWE.com has an item up about a promotion they are doing with Community Bowling Centers and Bowl Detroit where they will provide free bowling on Christmas Day to any active or retired military personnel and their families in Detroit. The bowling centers will also be airing the Tribute To The Troops edition of Raw that night, and will be giving out special collectors Raw Dog Tags. You can read more about it by clicking here. Thanks to John Koch for sending this along. ... I was just listening to KISW in Seattle, and caught the end of an interview with Roddy Piper. He was promoting his DVD, and told a few short stories about his early days in wrestling. He also talked about his cancer diagnosis, saying that if the fans hadn't put him in the tag match with Ric Flair at Cyber Sunday, he wouldn't have discovered the cancer. He said he is having chemo treatments, but is doing well. Piper came off really well, and the guys on the show were genuine fans of his.
