NITRO PUSHES K FED, 3 HR RAW
Here's a link (http://fredericksburg.com/News/FLS/2006/122006/12182006/243993) to a story where Johnny Nitro puts over Kevin Federline and hypes the 1/1 Raw appearance of the former celebrity husband. The story noted that they were told by a WWE spokesman that K Fed will "likely" be at Raw tonight.
Speaking of the 1/1 Raw, WWE sees it as a very important show for the company and think that it will get some mainstream hype. As we mentioned over the weekend, in his website blog (which is a great read by the way), Jim Ross mentioned that he wanted to get a day off from this show to watch his beloved Oklahoma Sooners play in their Bowl game and was denied by WWE. From what I was told, WWE didn't grant the request because of how important they see the show as being.
And speaking of tonight's Raw, this is the three hour extravaganza that will feature a 30 man battle royal where the winner gets a title shot against John Cena later in the evening. It will be interesting to see which 30 guys they put into the battle royal. Also, we will have an interview with Sylvester Stallone pushing his new movie where an old boxer gets back in the ring. There are some wrestling corollaries to be made there.
