WWE hall of famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper was a guest on Mark Madden's radio show in Pittburgh a few weeks ago. Piper said his cancer is in the early stages and expects to beat it, and then take on Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania in a retirement match. Piper said he didn't want to be voted as Ric Flair partner's at Cyber Sunday in the tag team title match, nor was in shape to wrestle at the event. Piper also said he is doing five days a week of chemotherapy.

Not exactly. He had a hair vs. hair match at WMIII that said to be Piper's last match...his swan song, so to speak...but it wasn't really a Piper Retirement Match. There was no stip or nothing.
