Dont know how to run Vista .ISO file. Please help.

I have d/l Windows Vista and burnt it to DVD and also have a pragram that runs .ISO files but I dont have a clue for the life of me what to do next to try and install Vista.If someone could give me a quick walkthrough how to run the .ISO file not only will I rep you but I will be very greatful. Thanx again guys. :)

its simple
just download daemon tools and open this iso file in the daemon tolls if u click my computer the cd drive of that iso file will emerge
then u can go and install
can u get me the iso file
can u upload it in megaupload and send me the link in madhu.sivaswamy@gmail.com
