WWE’s legal department will not allow Batista to appear at the Grand Opening of Brother D-Von’s “3D Power Blendz” Smoothie store in Melbourne on April 7th. Replacing Batista will be former WWE Champion Chris Jericho and former WWE and “Surreal Life” superstar Maven. The Grand Opening and autograph signing will be from 1:00-3:00 PM at the store located at 1894 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, Fl. On April 7th. For more information call (321) 242-7701.

I have to agree, thi8s is taking it a bit far. TNA may be able to hurt the WWE next year at Wrestlemania since it is their home town it will be in. WWE should think about that.
