Rene Dupree is currently in rehab. No other details were disclosed.

Dupree was pulled from the ECW roster in February due to a violation of the WWE Wellness Policy. He was suspended for 30 days as a result. He was also suspended last June due another violation of the WWE Wellness Policy.
