There has been no final decision, but the feeling right now is that due to injury, Batista will have no chance to be fully recovered in time for WrestleMania. The title will therefore have to change hands and plans are being discussed for the best way to do that.
If Batista is in able enough condition to work a short match tonight, they may change the title that way, simply strip him of the belt, some sort of tournament, or put it up in the Royal Rumble match with the stipulation that if a RAW guy wins it, he will have to move to SmackDown as Champion.
The final decision will be made clear at the taping's tonight, but it's not set in stone what will happen at this point.
