Jim Ross has posted his latest blog entry, answering emails sent in to his website. To read the full blog, click here. Here are some highlights from this entry:

- Ross announced that they will be adding a FAQ section to the website, which Ross admits is "long overdue". Maybe this will help cut down on Ross getting asked the same questions (Hogan-Austin, Hall Of Fame-Randy Savage, etc.) over and over again.

- JR will be writing the foreword to Ted DiBiase's upcoming book, which is going to be devoted more to his wrestling career than his last book.

- When asked what ten wrestlers Ross would hire to "protect my business", he picked Steve Williams, Haku and "any one else they chose to hang with".

- An interesting quote, given the Ring Of Honor PPV announcement earlier today (not that I think JR was thinking about ROH when he wrote this), "I would seriously doubt that a 3rd national, wrestling promotion will ever succeed in the United States. I think a 2nd national promotion is in a challenging spot as well. The start-up cost of doing a promotion correctly, and the years it takes to develop home grown stars, makes some investors uneasy—and rightfully so."

- JR writes "I have heard zilch about Randy Orton going over to ECW."

- Ross has the following advice for would be wrestlers, "Three things young wrestlers should avoid would include: Drug/Alcohol abuse, never stop learning the psychology of wrestling, and to not allow themselves to think that their career and all the wonderful things it provides will last forever."

- Concerning Paul Roma's comments on the Four Horsemen DVD, Ross writes "I was as shocked as the next guy when I was watching the Horsemen DVD and heard Paul Roma’s comments about Flair “being jealous” of Roma. Paul is welcome to his opinion, which I still find perplexing, but I never personally felt Roma ever fit into the Horsemen group."

- Lilian Garcia is taking longer than expected to return from ACL surgery, but she will be back soon.

- One of the funnier lines in this entry: "I have no favorite Starrcade, but I remember one Scaffold Match that was at a Bash that sucked pond water because 3 of the 4 participants were afraid of heights and did not let any one know until the day of the PPV."

Ross also writes about Fred Blassie, football, BBQ (of course), Backlash (noting he and his wife ordered the show), chances of getting a date with Melina, what got him hooked on wrestling and more. To read the full entry, click here.

Always a great read and I would recommend it to anyone. I would rather Ross answer the questions than have WWE feed me what they want me to know. Even though Ross is still careful and doesn't try to piss WWE off, some of his off the cup remarks are good if you read between the lines.
