Bryan Alvarez of f4wonline.com is reporting that Shane Helms has a major neck injury, perhaps a possible break.

He has apparently seen Dr. Lloyd Youngblood today and may be the next person in line for fusion surgery.

I wonder if he's going to be able to come back full time if he can come back.

Another Update On Helms

Source - PWInsider.com

I originally reported this morning that former WWE Cruiserweight champion Gregory Helms suffered a broken neck, thus causing him to have to undergo neck fusion surgery this coming Monday.

We have new word that his neck is not actually broken, but instead injured from several different incidents that have occurred over the years. Helms has been with WWE since they acquired WCW in 2001.
