Shelly "Ariel" Martinez posted the following message on her MySpace page (myspace.com/officialshellymartinez) regarding her release from WWE earlier today:

Thanks to all

I just want to say thank you to all who support me and wish me well. Just so you know, don't feel bad, I'm off to bigger and better things. Soon as I got off the phone with WWE I got right back on it and made a tons of calls to connections in LA, NY and FL. It time to move and I am and I'm excited about doing other things. Stay tuned to this crazy life I lead....

It was reported a few months ago that former WWE Diva Lauren Jones (the blonde girl that was on SmackDown in early 2005) was going to be starring in a reality television show on the FOX network. Here is a description of the show from AccessHollywood.com:

"And finally, "Anchorwoman" is a new unscripted series scheduled to premiere this summer. "Anchorwoman" features former Miss New York and über-vixen Lauren Jones, as she packs up her Versace dresses and heads to the middle of nowhere to start a new career in broadcast journalism at a floundering TV station. Can this bombshell cut it as a serious reporter?"

Al Snow will be headlining a show Saturday night for the EWF promotion in Marion, Indiana at the EWF Arena
