PSP: Burnout Gets New Track

- EA today made good on Burnout Dominator's HQ option by releasing a freely downloadable track for the PSP version of the game. Dubbed Carnival City, the track is downloadable by selecting Burnout HQ from the main menu and selecting the Download Tracks
