Latest On Shawn Michaels' Surgery

Shawn Michaels underwent surgery this afternoon on his knee. He will have a no-weight bearing on his knee for a month or two. Then he will begin rehab and will be expected to return late this summer.

Nine days ago on RAW, he landed awkwardly at ringside during a commercial break. He had a tremendous amount of pain that week and tried to wrestle over the weekend at a house show. He then knew that he needed to have the surgery to fix the damage to his cartilage

I knew HBK's knee was not in the best condition and it's been like that since DX was together and the reason he wasn't pulled out was because HHH went out as well but I had no idea he made it worse last monday on RAW, but it's no surprise.

I'm glad he did well during the surgey and will be ready to rebah in a month or two as HBK is a big deal on RAW and the company needs him big time.

i could have sworn he needed surgery back when the spirit squad were aroung, i guess he really needs it now
