Angry WWE NXT Live Coverage - November 19th, 2024

Andre Chase and Ridge Holland battle in high-stakes No. 1 Contender’s Match

Last week, Andre Chase will put everything on the line as he seeks to earn the first-ever NXT Title Match of his career. Still embroiled in a nasty rivalry with Ridge Holland, Chase wanted another match against his former student, but NXT Champion Trick Williams also looked to get a piece of Holland. Chase laid down the gauntlet, putting his Chase University on the line in a huge No. 1 Contenders Match against Holland. Will Chase earn an NXT Title Match against Williams, or will Holland force Chase to close Chase U forever?

    – We are live! Vic Joseph and Booker T greet audiences at home as Nathan Frazer and Axiom make their way down to the ring. Eddy Thorpe follows, and Gallus, OTM, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger, The Family, Tyriek Igwe and Tyson DuPont, and No Quarter Catch Crew all slowly trickle out to ringside to watch the action.

Vaquer pins Parker, but Parker kicks out once again and sends Vaquer crashing into another corner, then uses the ropes for extra leverage to wear down Parker's arm and looks to hit a crossbody off the top rope. Parker catches Vaquer and hits a backbreaker on her, then sends her crashing into the mat with her signature Hip Attack.

Back from the break, Parker connects with a pair of double knees on Vaquer's spine and goes for a pin. Henley then proposes an Open Challenge for her Women's North American Championship to show that she's a fighting champion.

Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson's music hit and they make their way out looking to answer the open challenge. Nikkita Lyons' music then hits and tells Legend to get to the back of the line, but Adrianna Rizzo clocks Lyons from behind.
