This led to a confrontation with police later on, and the two men were arrested and charges were filed. Patera was convicted of two counts of battery on a police officer and one count of criminal damage to property. Saito was convicted of three counts of battery on a police officer and one count of obstructing the law. Both men were sentenced to prison time.

1993 - Shawn Michaels defeats Marty Jannetty for the WWF Intercontinental Title in Albany, New York at a non-televised event with the help of his new bodyguard, Diesel (Kevin Nash). This would be Michaels' second run with the IC Title.

1994 - Dream Machine Troy Graham defeats Brian Christopher for the USWA Southern Heavyweight Title in Memphis, Tennessee, ending his 13th run with the title.

2000 - In Knoxville, Tennessee during a taping of WCW Thunder, Lt. Loco (Chavo Guerrero Jr.) defeats Daffney (the defending champion) and Disco Inferno in a three way match to win the WCW Cruiserweight Title. This would be the first major title reign for Chavo. On the same show, Eric Bischoff awards Big Vito & Johnny the Bull the WCW Hardcore Title, saying they could defend it as a duo. The night before, Vito & Johnny had helped Eric Bischoff defeat Terry Funk for the belt. So Bischoff's "reign" as Hardcore Champion ended 24 hours after it began.
