    Default CM Punk and Del Rio rumors killed

    Just to clear the air on rumors making the rounds, neither CM Punk nor Alberto Del Rio have filed lawsuits against WWE, much less beaten them in court. If anyone actually believes that either filed and won a lawsuit in no time flat obviously has never paid attention to how the legal system works in the United States.
