There is speculation that Shane McMahon could make his return to WWE television sooner than expected.

This speculation was ramped up after a video surfaced online of McMahon arriving in Saudi Arabia for the WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view event that takes place this week.

As seen in the video, McMahon is walking with his father and WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. Check it out here:

It should be noted that WWE isn’t advertising McMahon for this scheduled show, which makes it interesting that McMahon is in the country.

McMahon is not an executive for WWE and hasn’t been in years. Instead, since making his return to the company a few years ago, he has only been used as an on-air talent whether that be a general manager or wrestler.

As of this writing, there’s no word yet on if there are plans for McMahon to appear on the show.

WWE is holding a tag team turmoil match to determine the ‘Best In The World.’ This is something that McMahon played up on television after winning the WWE World Cup at last year’s Crown Jewel pay-per-view event.

McMahon was written off of WWE television earlier this month when he lost to Kevin Owens on SmackDown with the stipulation of “loser leaves WWE.”
