El Hijo Del Vikingo has updated fans on his condition after a scary knee injury at Sunday’s post-Bound for Glory TNA Impact tapings.
In his Instagram stories, Vikingo wrote:
“Thanks to my brother, Laredo Kid, for accompanying me and keeping an eye on me! I chose this sport, I am happy for the good and the bad. I will recover and come back stronger than ever. Thanks to everyone who sent me a message!”
Vikingo was stretchered out of the October 27th TNA iMPACT! tapings when he suffered a knee injury in his match against Trent Seven.
Vikingo made his return to TNA at Bound For Glory after being sidelined for seven months due to a knee injury. He challenged “Speedball” Mike Bailey for the X-Division Championship: Vikingo challenged “Speedball” Mike Bailey for the TNA X-Division Championship. The high-flying flip-fest saw Bailey retain his championship by executing a float-over superplex off the top rope for the victory.
