    – We see a split screen of Trick Williams and Ridge Holland walking backstage. And we see Eric Bischoff making his way to the ring.

Bischoff says "NXT" is undeniable, as is the fact that he's always been on the cutting edge of professional wrestling. He says he revolutionized the professional wrestling business when he created WCW Nitro to go head-to-head with "WWE Raw", and now there's another revolution with "NXT". He then introduces Ridge Holland and Trick Williams, and they both make their way out to the ring.

Bischoff says Holland is the antithesis of what a WWE Superstar should be, and is a throwback to wrestlers like The Crusher, while Williams is the evolution of the revolution. He says he can't wait to see what develops between Williams and Holland, then calls Williams nothing but a stand up comedian with abs and an insult to the vision of what "NXT" should be. He expresses his confidence in becoming the NXT Champion at Deadline, then says he'll have to listen to people like Bischoff who are trying to hang onto relevance. Williams says Holland is built like a fridge and did everything he did to destroy Chase U just so he could chase him. He says Holland isn't original and calls him bland and boring.

Holland tells Williams that he's soft, and says at Deadline, he will put Williams down and leave as NXT Champion. Williams then clocks Holland with a couple of right hands and rains down more on him before sending him crashing into the ring steps. Holland responds by delivering a Cradle DDT to Williams on top of the announce desk.

    – Lexis King then makes his way down to the ring. Eddy Thorpe, Cedric Alexander, Axiom, and Nathan Frazer all follow, and Ethan Page joins the announce desk while Wes Lee and Je'Von Evans watch the action from ringside.

Men's Iron Survivor Last Chance Qualifier Match: Axiom vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Eddy Thorpe vs. Lexis King

The bell rings and Alexander runs Thorpe over with a shoulder tackle. Thorpe responds with a crossbody, then gets Axiom up on his shoulders. King lands a kick on both men and takes down Alexander with a hurricanrana, then looks to fly. Axiom catches King with an enzuigiri, then lands a dropkick on him with Thorpe's assistance. Thorpe clotheslines him out of the ring, but Alexander rolls him up twice. Thorpe kicks out, but Alexander catches him with a boot on his head and a Codebreaker through the ropes. King kicks out, but Axiom lands a jumping knee on him and delivers a Spanish Fly off the top to Thorpe. He goes for a pin, but Thorpe kicks out. Axiom then looks to lock in a Cross Armbreaker on Thorpe, but Alexander breaks the hold with a splash off the top rope. Alexander levels Thorpe off the apron, then sends King crashing into the mat with a Michinoku Driver and pins him. Thorpe breaks the fall, but Axiom lands the Golden Ratio on King and goes for a pin. Thorpe pulls Axiom out of the ring to break the fall, then pins King himself for the win.

    Winner: Eddy Thorpe

    – Robert Stone and Stevie Turner are on a videochat with Ava who is at the hospital with Trick Williams. She informs us that Williams still wants to go ahead with his match against Ridge Holland.

    – We see Roxanne Perez walking backstage heading to the ring.

    – Cora Jade is with Robert Stone and Stevie Turner and she's complaining about losing her match. Eddy Thorpe stops by and asks them to tell Ava that she did the right thing by not suspending him and how he's going to win the Iron Survivor Match.

Perez says the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge can be life changing, and the winner will receive a shot at her NXT Women's Championship. She says speaking from experience, the match isn't easy but the women competing in this year's match are all second to her. She then sizes up the competition of the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge between Wren Sinclair, Giulia, Zaria, and Stephanie Vaquer.

Solo Ruca's music cuts Perez off, and she makes her way out followed by Zaria, Vaquer, and Giulia. Perez tells the four women that they have to get through each other before they can get to her, and they all begin to brawl. Sinclair emerges at ringside and clocks Perez, then holds up the NXT Women's Championship.

    – We then head backstage and see that Eddy Thorpe has been attacked. He clutches his arm as medical officials, Axiom Nathan Frazer, Lexis King, and Cedric Alexander all check on him and the show goes off the air.
