Ricochet could be the next member of the Hurt Syndicate if the former WWE Superstar’s actions on this week’s Dynamite are anything to go by. During this week’s show, Ricochet met Brody King in the Continental Classic. As per the rules of the round-robin tournament, neither man was accompanied for the match. Before the contest though, Ricochet flashed a Hurt Syndicate business card, suggesting that he was interested in aligning with the MVP-led faction.

Ricochet’s teased turn continued to play out in his match with King, which saw the House of Black star dominate for much of the contest and have the crowd on his side. The tables turned when Ricochet sent King head first into the steel post and was able to get the win and the three points. There were audible boos when Ricochet had the advantage, signaling that a turn could be coming.

On a recent edition of the Barstool Rasslin podcast, Ricochet shared that he was intrigued in joining the group that currently consists of MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin.

“I think there are some things I could learn from the Hurt Syndicate, but man, it’s maybe how to hurt people.”

The idea of Ricochet joining is somewhat ironic, considering that he feuded with The Hurt Business in WWE when the group formed in 2020. Ricochet has claimed that he and Apollo Crews were once planned to be a part of the Hurt Business before plans changed for the faction.
