The WWE is in for a big weekend next month as they hold their SummerSlam pay-per-view event as well as NXT TakeOver: Toronto II.

Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that SummerSlam is close to sold out with the cheapest ticket on the secondary market is $127.50 and there are 1,710 available.

Regarding NXT TakeOver: Toronto, the show is said to not be close to selling out as there are still around 1,000 secondary market tickets available with a low price of $32.

Both events will be held by the company in Toronto, Ontario at the Scotiabank Arena that will air on the WWE Network. NXT TakeOver will take place on August 10th while SummerSlam takes place the following night.

WWE will also hold RAW and SmackDown TV events at the same arena on the Monday and Tuesday that follows. NXT Champion Adam Cole vs. Johnny Gargano will headline NXT.

WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon, and WWE Champion Kofi Kingston vs. Randy Orton are being billed as the top matches at SummerSlam.
