WWE wins latest motion in Brock Lesnar case

PWInsider reports that Judge Christopher Droney denied Brock Lesnar's attempts to prevent WWE from deposing attorney David Bradley Olsen.

Following the deposition, WWE and Lesnar will argue their cases in front of Judge Droney to determine whether the case will go to trial or whether summary judgment will be issued on the matter.

this leaves me to suspect that with New Japan and WWE Talking we could see some what of a merger and a flow of influx from both new japan wrestlers and wwe wrestlers heading back and forth for promotional tours. I would love to see Lesnar back into the ring btw.

i don't see New Japan and WWe merging to much, they have always seen eye to eye, except for certain issues, only time will tell though.
