As previously reported, WWE has cancelled several planned live events in August. WWE cancelled multiple Smackdown live events at the beginning of the month and then recently removed 5 planned RAW live events from their August schedule.
In an update to this story, WWE has rescheduled 3 of the recently cancelled 5 RAW house shows.
- Bossier City, Louisiana originally scheduled for Friday August 23rd, 2019 will now take place on Sunday, March 22nd, 2020.
- Lafayette, Louisiana originally scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, 2019 will now take place on Friday, January 17th, 2020.
- Mobile, Alabama originally scheduled for Sunday, August 25th, 2019 will now take place on March 19th, 2020.
It is not clear why WWE chose to reschedule those events. Also planned for the August 23-25 weekend will be a show in Panama and another in Peru, so it’s possible they wanted a stronger lineup to present on that tour.
The following two shows have yet to be rescheduled:
- Bangor, Maine on Friday, August 30th, 2019
- Portland, Main on Saturday, August 31st, 2019
Smackdown live events scheduled for August 3rd in Bowling Green, Kentucky and on August 5th from Kalamazoo, Michigan were also cancelled recently.
