Drew McIntyre was in no mood to stick around after WWE Survivor Series, which has proven to be a topic of discussion at the event.
McIntyre competed in the Men's WarGames match, which headlined last night's Premium Live Event. The Scottish Warrior teamed with the Judgment Day in a losing effort to Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, and the returning Randy Orton. On this week's Raw, McIntyre made it clear that he is not a member of The Judgment Day.
As seen in the video below, McIntyre stormed out of the ring after the Men's WarGames match, and before the shocking return of CM Punk. McIntyre was seen clutching his face as he abruptly left.
McIntyre stormed to the backstage area and slammed his locker room door, according to PW Insider. The two-time former WWE Champion proceeded to throw on a hoodie and immediately left the Allstate Arena.
It was obvious to everyone that McIntyre was angry but there is no word yet as to why he was so furious. PW Insider's report added that it was a loud and obvious situation that a lot of people witnessed and it became a subject of conversation backstage after Survivor Series.
Earlier this year, it was confirmed that Drew McIntyre's contract is set to expire in 2024. In September, McIntyre revealed that he didn't plan on being anywhere else, and it was noted that time has been added to his contract to make up for his post-WrestleMania 39 break. While McIntyre's prominent role on Raw as of late has led to speculation that he has signed a new deal, that has not been publicly confirmed by Drew himself.
