According to one source who spoke with Jeff Hardy this past weekend, Hardy is in good spirits and is confident that when his case goes to court in November that everything will work out in his favor.

Matt Hardy will be appearing on the October 13th episode of Scare Tactics on SyFy. Hardy will play a “violent criminal who breaks out of his physical and mental restraints to go after an innocent doctor’s assistant.”
