Why didn't they just let one of the losers of NXT Season 2 be the mascot then get revealed later down the line and start to manage Swagger or something, at least that'd work but having Chavo there is just really a waste of talent.

The only thing that would even make slight sense would be having him reveal himself after attacking Edge due to his previous with Vickie but even that would be shit and if that were the route then only have Chavo in the suit for the reveal.
