WWE has not only confirmed when John Cena will make his return to television but also announced him for several new events. On Tuesday, it was reported that he was set to work four dates for the WWE in late December. On Wednesday, WWE confirmed he’d been working at several other events as well including an appearance on their flagship show, Monday Night RAW. He’s set to appear on the January 7th episode of RAW at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
This would mark his first appearance on RAW since earlier this year when he was building up his match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34. He then went on hiatus to focus on his acting and television career.
Cena was most recently active under the WWE banner when he wrestled a tag team match at WWE Super Show-Down pay-per-view event. Here’s his updated schedule:
