Lio Rush hasn’t wrestled since March and removed mention of WWE from his social media profiles back in May. His role as Bobby Lashley’s hype man on RAW was scrapped and reports have suggested he is not in good favour backstage.

The 24-year-old recently released his first music video which can be seen in its entirety in the player below:

“Lio Aka WWE Superstar Lio Rush with 1st hip hop single,” a description for the video on YouTube reads.

Rush signed with WWE at the end of the summer in 2017. He reported to NXT shortly after. His first match in the promotion was a loss to Velveteen Dream on September 14th, 2017.

Rush would debut as a member of the 205 Live roster in June of 2018. A few months later he would make his RAW debut as Bobby Lashley’s hype man. His last official match was a tag-team loss along with Lashely to Braun Strowman and Finn Balor on the RAW episode from March 18th, 2019.
